When should I book vacate cleaning before moving out?
Book as soon as you know your move-out date, then schedule the clean for after your belongings are out and before your final inspection. In WA the final inspection and condition report should happen within 14 days of the tenancy ending.
Book early
Move-out dates cluster around the end and start of the month. Booking early gives you more choice of day and time.
Clean when the property is empty
A vacate clean works best on an empty property so every cupboard, wardrobe and floor is accessible. Finish moving first, then clean.
Leave time before the inspection
Allow a day or so between the clean and your final inspection so you can deal with anything that comes up.
