A vacate clean takes longer than a regular clean because every room, cupboard and surface is cleaned while the property is empty. A small apartment is usually a few hours; a larger house takes longer. We'll give you a time estimate when we confirm your booking.
What affects the time
The size of the property, the number of bathrooms, the condition of the oven and kitchen, and whether you've added extras such as carpet steam cleaning or inside windows.
Plan around your inspection
Book the clean for after you've moved out and before your final inspection, with a buffer in case you need anything touched up.
