What is included in a vacate clean in Perth?
A vacate clean covers the whole empty property top to bottom: kitchen cupboards and drawers, benchtops, bathrooms and grout, wardrobes, skirting boards, doors, window sills and floors. Inside the oven, carpet steam cleaning, inside windows and a balcony sweep are optional extras.

Optional extras
Inside oven ($100), inside windows ($80), carpet steam clean ($120), balcony sweep ($50). Many leases ask for the oven and carpets to be cleaned, so check yours.
What you need to do
Remove all belongings and rubbish, leave the power and water on, and make sure we can access every room. Repairs and damage beyond cleaning aren't part of a vacate clean.
